Our horizontal type cooling tanks are produced in capacities of 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000, 10.000 liters.
Our cooling tanks are 2BII class.
The material used is AISI 304 quality stainless steel
The tank cover consists of a 400 mm manhole cover.
Superior insulation with environmentally compatible 50 mm polyurethane foam
Laser welded evaporator is used.
The design of the evaporator plates prevents the freezing of low volumes of milk.
There is a DN 40 product inlet on the tank.
High precision Electronic thermometer / thermostat
DN 50 – 1.1/2 AISI 304 butterfly valve for milk discharge
The mixer is French Sirem Brand and its blades are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel so as not to disturb the structure of the milk.
Fan-cooled condenser sufficient to cool from +35c to +4c in less than 32c ambient temperature
IP 65 protected electrical panel
Refrigerant R 22 - R 404 gas
Ecovats, French or American origin engines are used in the coolers.
Electrical system is 400 v Three-phase, 50 hz
There is a phase protection relay that protects the system for faults that may arise as a result of voltage drop or increase in the electrical system.
